🚐 Pickup Information
Pick-up is available from most major hotels in the Montego Bay region, as well as from some villas and Airbnbs. You will receive your pick-up time via email or telephone after booking. If you are not staying in Montego Bay, an additional transportation fee is required. No complimentary pick-up is offered outside Montego Bay. Additional transportation fees (selected hotels outside Montego Bay): Royalton Blue Waters/White Sands, Ocean Coral Spring/Ocean Eden Bay, Riu Aquarelle, Excellence Oyster Bay, etc. 1–4 people: $180 total. 5+ people: $40 per person.

Tour Duration: Approximately 3 hours (transfer time not included). Days of Operation: Wednesday and Friday. Capacity: Minimum 24 passengers; maximum 125 passengers.
Health & Safety: Not recommended for pregnant women, guests who are physically challenged, individuals with back or neck problems, recent arm/hand surgery, motion sickness, or heart/respiratory conditions.
Booking Notes: All bookings must be paid at least 2 days in advance to confirm; unpaid reservations may be automatically canceled. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your confirmed pick-up time about 24 hours before the tour. Tour time and pick-up time are not the same; pick-up times vary by location. A 5-minute grace period applies after your pick-up time; after this we may depart without you. If severe weather or traffic may affect timing, we will notify you. If rescheduling is needed due to weather, we will offer alternatives.
📋 Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made at least 5 days or more in advance shall not attract a cancellation fee. Any cancellation made less than 5 days but 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will incur a 50% penalty. Any cancellation made within 48 hours or on the same day as the event will incur a 100% penalty. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframes outlined to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed in the order received. Card refunds may take 1–10 business days. Zelle refunds may take 1–3 business days, depending on the company’s Zelle limit for that period.
